This enhanced service is designed for The Unemployed, Long-Term Unemployed, CE Scheme participants and anyone who is actively seeking employment and need a more targeted approach to securing interviews and returning to sustainable employment. Each participant receives a phone consultation to discuss their experience, skills, qualifications, career objectives and target roles. The CV Doctor will then develop a professionally written, ATS and AI-friendly CV, positioning the participant specifically for the jobs they are targeting.
The package also includes a professional Cover Letter, LinkedIn Profile optimisation and a practical PDF Job Search Course, providing guidance on CV tailoring, job applications, recruitment platforms, keywords, interview preparation and modern job-search techniques. Importantly, participants also receive ongoing job-search training and support, helping them apply what they have learned as they actively pursue employment opportunities.

The Career Coaching & Employment Support Package provides a more comprehensive service for CE participants who require additional support in identifying their next career step and successfully transitioning into employment. It combines career planning, professional CV development, job-search guidance and interview preparation within one structured programme.
The process begins by reviewing the participant’s employment history, CE experience, qualifications, training, strengths, transferable skills and career interests. From this, realistic employment opportunities and potential career pathways can be identified. Participants receive guidance on job searching, vacancy selection, CV tailoring, online applications, employer research and preparing for recruitment processes.
A professionally developed, ATS and AI-friendly CV is included, together with interview coaching and practical advice on presenting CE experience positively to prospective employers.
The programme is particularly suitable for participants who are motivated to return to employment but require additional direction, structure or confidence. The overall objective is to create a practical pathway from Community Employment into sustainable mainstream employment.
